Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in Northeast Indiana so we have made scheduling an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our carrier to verify eligibility. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
Starting February 6th we will now be in network with Anthem Medicare. Coming soon we will, also, be in network with AARP Medicare and Humana ChoiceCare Medicare PPO,PFS and HMO Network.
